1. Electric vehicle (EV) charging stations
To strengthen its Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) policy, Navoi State University (NSU) has established electric vehicle (EV) charging stations within the campus to encourage the use of clean energy transportation. These stations are strategically located near administrative buildings, student dormitories, and parking areas, providing convenient access for staff, students, and visitors who use electric cars or e-bikes. The charging points are designed to operate with energy-efficient systems, and NSU plans to integrate solar-powered chargers in the near future to further reduce carbon emissions and reliance on the traditional power grid. Regular maintenance and monitoring ensure the reliability and safety of these facilities.
2. E-scooters
As part of its Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) initiative, Navoi State University (NSU) has introduced  50 electric scooters on campus to promote green and convenient transportation for students and staff. These e-scooters are available for use for free , making them an affordable and eco-friendly alternative to conventional fuel-based transport. The service helps reduce traffic congestion, noise, and air pollution within the university area while encouraging sustainable mobility habits among the academic community. Designated parking and charging points have been established around key campus locations, ensuring easy access and safety for all users.
3. Campus bikes
To advance its Zero Emission Vehicle (ZEV) strategy, Navoi State University (NSU) has launched a campus-wide bicycle initiative that encourages students and staff to choose cycling as a primary mode of transport. 150  bicycles have been provided by institute for free  . Bicycles are conveniently stationed across various points of the university, allowing quick and sustainable travel between classrooms, dormitories, and administrative facilities. This initiative plays a key role in reducing vehicle emissions and fostering an environmentally responsible culture within the campus. NSU has also constructed safe cycling paths and secure parking areas to support regular bicycle use. Navoi State University’s Ride Sharing Program promotes eco-friendly commuting by encouraging students and staff to share rides, reduce fuel use, decrease traffic congestion, and support sustainable transportation on campus.
