1. Introduction
Navoi State University (NSU) is committed to ensuring equal access to higher education for all individuals, regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, disability, or socioeconomic status. This policy reflects NSU’s dedication to fairness and transparency in the admissions process. It aligns with the Constitution of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Law on Education (2020), and the UNESCO Convention against Discrimination in Education (1960).
Under its 2025–2030 Strategic Goal, NSU aims to expand opportunities for higher education across all regions of Uzbekistan, providing a fair and inclusive admissions system that promotes social mobility and equality.
