Medical students from partner institutions also visit NSU for practical experience, contributing to both education and care. This collaboration strengthens the university’s medical infrastructure and ensures that the campus community has access to high-quality, extended healthcare whenever needed.
2. Head of the X-ray radiology department at the Navoi branch of RSHTYOIM, Ph.D. U. Safarov is teaching the students of the Faculty of Medicine of the Navoi State University modern examination methods of angiography of cerebral blood vessels. Thanks to the conditions created at the Navoi branch of RSHTYOIM, students have the opportunity to simultaneously see and apply their theoretical knowledge in practice.

This support, worth 94,084,000 soums, was funded through union membership dues.

53 staff members received a total of 39,198,000 soums.
30% of female employees received medical treatment paid by the trade union.
Direct financial aid
52 employees were granted 19,280,000 soums to cover urgent financial needs, including health and family-related expenses.

8. A cooperation agreement was signed between the Navoi State University and the Navoi Regional Branch of the Republican Scientific Center for Emergency Medical Care

9. NSU Faculty of Medicine students watch these processes directly through the Zoom platform
Students of Navoi State University had the opportunity to watch complex surgical operations in real-time via the Zoom platform. This educational initiative was highlighted by Uzbekistan 24 TV channel, which reported on the advanced procedures performed in the Navoi region and their successful outcomes. The live sessions allowed students to observe modern surgical techniques, understand real clinical practices, and interact with medical professionals. This experience supports the university’s goal of enhancing practical knowledge through digital tools and reflects the growing collaboration between higher education and the healthcare sector in Uzbekistan.
10. Cooperation relations with the Republic of Belarus in the field of medicine will expand
The director of the Navoi branch of the Republican center for training and specialization of secondary medical and pharmaceutical workers, the head of the Department of General Medical Sciences (PhD) of the Navoi State University, Vali Turakulov and the assistant of the department, Javlobek Berdigulov, visited Vitebsk State Medical University. Denis Nikolayevich, vice-rector for international relations of Vitebsk State Medical University, welcomed them.
During the visit, bilateral mutual educational programs, practical processes, pedagogic teachers, student exchange and academic mobility were discussed. At the end of the visit, memoranda signed by Professor Mukhiddin Kalonov, Rector of Navoi State Pedagogical Institute and Rector of Vitebsk State Medical University, Ph.D., Associate Professor Alexei Chukanov, were exchanged.
11. Collaboration with Bukhara State University
A training seminar was held at the Bukhara State University on the topic of “Increasing social political activity of women, issues of gender equality and gender culture” with the participation of the chairmen of the women’s advisory council of higher educational institutions of the Republic. Nasiba Tursunova, the chairperson of the Advisory Council of Women and Girls of the Navoi State Pedagogical Institute, and Hilola Rahmatovalar, the deputy dean of the Faculty of Medicine, took an active part in the seminar.
12. REPRODUCTIVE HEALTH AND SAFE MOTHERHOOD
On Tuesday of the week, within the framework of the program “Protection of motherhood and childhood and conducting sports events”, Deputy Mayor of Navoi, Head of Family and Women’s Department N. Rakhimova spoke about health protection of mothers and children, reproductive health of the population. visited polyclinic No. 4 to strengthen the quality of medical services provided to women in the polyclinic, medical examinations, drugs their availability, state of preservation, level of coverage of women with contraceptives, birth interval, measures to prevent unwanted pregnancies were critically discussed, assignments and relevant recommendations were given.
13. Mental Health Support
On October 9 of this year, Navoi psychologist Abduraimova Dilfuza Khaidarovna and group tutor at Yoshlar Lake located in the Alisher Navoi recreation park in Navoi city with the participation of students of the Faculty of Preschool and Primary Education, who formed volitional-psychological qualities in the human personality, which they can use in life. Helping them make the right decision and choose the right path called “The Struggle to Live on a Deserted Island” psychological training was organized. Through this psychological training, the students answered the questions imagining themselves to be on a deserted island for a while, the answers were analyzed, and the psychologist explained the will-psychological characteristics of each student.
This psychological training raised the mood of the students and gave them a cheerful spirit.
