To guarantee fair wages, benefits, and safe working conditions for outsourced workers.
To prevent discrimination, exploitation, and unsafe labour practices in outsourced operations.
To ensure outsourcing partners follow Uzbekistan’s labour legislation and ILO standards.
To align all outsourcing agreements with NSU’s sustainability and SDG 8 framework.
