This process was carried out on the basis of the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan No. PF-76 dated May 5, 2025 and the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers No. 498 dated August 6, 2025.
The university is conducting practical work on the organization of a new undergraduate program “Agrochemistry and Soil Science” and a master’s degree program “Technology of Storage and Processing of Agricultural Products”.
Yesterday, experts from the National Agency for Education Quality Assurance under the Administration of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan visited the university in this regard and conducted analytical studies on the existing opportunities, conditions and needs of employer enterprises for the organization of new programs.
During the assessment process, the quality of education, material and technical base, scientific potential, qualifications of professors and teachers, and the compliance of new educational programs with the labor market requirements were comprehensively analyzed, and relevant proposals and recommendations were made by experts.
In addition, the specialists got acquainted with the information and resource center, the laboratory rooms of the Biology Department and their modern capabilities. The skills of students and professors and teachers to use laboratories, innovative developments and inventions were studied. The branch of the Biology Department established at the Navoi Cotton Plant was inspected. Information was also provided on the construction of the university campus and the activities of the Registrar’s Office.
